WHAT MUST BE ARRANGED WHEN MOVING OUT OF AN APARTMENT?

A large part of the price for refurbishing an apartment when moving out goes to paint. The average price for this is difficult to calculate without seeing the apartment. We give a price in DKK incl. SANDING AND LACQUERING OF FLOORS: GOOD PRICES

If there are wooden floors in the home, there will also be an expense for possible sanding and varnishing, if deemed necessary by the landlord. If you have rooms that have not been used much, these will typically not need to be treated. It costs per square meter. It can therefore quickly run up if you have not taken good care of the floor.
